Participated and presented a paper titled "Understanding the Anthropocene through Oral Tradition: A Reading of Mamang Dai's The Legends of Pensam" in XXV International Conference 2022 on "A Requiem for Theory! Eschatological Ruminations" organised by FCT, Vadodara, India in collaboration with The Department of English, Cotton College, Guwahati and International Lincoln Center for American Studies, Louisiana State University, USA.

iii. Participated in UGC sponsored National Workshop on “Preservation of Library Materials in North East India” organized by Central Library, Debraj Roy College, Golaghat, Assam on 8th and 9th September, 2017.

iv. Participated in UGC sponsored National Workshop on “Indigenous Theatrical Practices of North East India” organized by Department of English, Debraj Roy College, Golaghat in collaboration with ‘We the People, Golaghat’ from 19th to 22nd September, 2017.

v. Participated in a One Day Workshop on Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and SWAYAM, organized by Seminar Sub-Committee of Golden Jubilee Celebration in assoc. with Research and Extention Cell, IQAC, HPB Girls’College at HPB Girls’ College, Golaghat on 25th April, 2019.

Research Project:

(i) Awarded a total grant of Rs. 2.3 Lakhs as Principal Investigator of a  Minor Research Project titled "Representation of the Self thrpough Performance in the Plays of Badungduppa- A Folk Theatre group of Goalpara district, Assam" (Duration- 2 years, submitted to UGC, NERO in March, 2019).

Other Responsibility :

(ii) Contributed in the capacity of Organising Member in a UGC sponsored National Workshop on “Indigenous Theatrical Practices of North East India” organized by the Department of English, Debraj Roy College, Golaghat, in collaboration with ‘We the People’, Golaghat, on 19-22 September 2017.

 

            (iii) Contributed in the capacity of Organizing Member in day long Academic Discussion on the topic “Interrogating History in Assamese Literature” sponsored by Sahitya Akademi Parishad and in collaboration with the Department of Assamese, D.R. College, Golaghat, on 26.03.2019.
